{"id":42,"date":"2023-09-18T14:50:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-18T12:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/manumastery.com\/?page_id=42"},"modified":"2023-09-18T14:50:10","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T12:50:10","slug":"special-processes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/manumastery.com\/index.php\/special-processes\/","title":{"rendered":"Special processes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Special processes are processes that cannot be easily or economically verified for compliance with quality requirements without destructive testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special processes include welding, painting and bonding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quality managment in special processes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the client&#8217;s request, we develop a detailed program of the QMSP process introduced in the form of instructions, procedures or regulations, train all staff, conduct audits, supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program must include information on the entire process (End to End), in particular responsibilities, authorizations, approvals, exact description and flow of the following activities and operations, e.g.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Instructions for introduction of new chemicals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Instruction for handling chemical materials<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Instruction for defining and approving new solutions around special processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bonding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022certification of process conformity to EN 17460,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022engineering supervision of bonding processes (EAE),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022specialized technical support (EAS),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022bonding project management,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022training of production staff, supervisors, designers and support functions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022verification\/technical review of orders,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022design and definition of the product and bonding process as well as implementation of solutions in production,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022optimization of the bonding process with a view to reducing costs, increasing process efficiency,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022carrying out adhesive bond tests, proofs and calculations,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022support in solving and closing complaints, internal and subcontractor audits of the bonding process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"296\" height=\"195\" src=\"https:\/\/manumastery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Obraz9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-46\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Painting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022planning, implementation and maintenance of paint and coating systems that protect surfaces against corrosion and\/or have a decorative function on the product,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022surface preparation as a critical element for ensuring adhesion and durability of the coating,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022selection of the paint system as a key element in ensuring long-term protection against corrosion,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022quality management and preparation of a verification plan,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022management of painting and corrosion protection projects,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022compliance with relevant industry regulations, environmental guidelines and health and safety standards,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022training of production staff, painters, designers, process engineers and support functions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022optimization of painting processes in order to reduce costs, increase process efficiency,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022performing tests on paint systems,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022support in resolving and closing complaints, conducting internal and subcontract audits of the painting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"264\" height=\"175\" src=\"https:\/\/manumastery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Obraz8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Welding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022management of welding processes to meet standards and norms, compliance with quality objectives and ensuring health and safety,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022engineering supervision of welding processes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022preparation of Welding Technology Specifications (WPS),providing guidance for welder qualification, developing the welder qualification process, checking welders&#8217;
